Just thought I would give Australia Post a pat on the back for good follow up care. As reported in this space, I have had enormous trouble with the company I purchased an Easter hamper from.
I have never had a 'beef' with Oz Post. They can only deliver if the things are posted. Well, today, a lady from Australia Post rang me to make sure I had received the hamper. I was happy to say I had, and was also very gratified that someone bothered to check.
